Why the series is six weeks and not four

Four weeks is long enough to learn the shapes. Six is long enough to stop thinking about them.

Something specific happens in weeks five and six. The sequence stops being a list you are trying to remember and becomes a thing your body does while your attention is elsewhere. That is the moment a practice becomes yours, and it is reliably two weeks later than people expect.

It is also why the series is one enrolment rather than six drop-ins. Not to lock you in — because the person who books week by week quietly stops at week four, every time, right before the part that matters.

Sit with this in a session

If this raised a question, bring it. Sessions are held in the studio and by video.
